General Terms

pkok1 is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for Bangladeshi users, including live casino, slots, and sports betting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pkok1 platform ("Platform"), its website, and all related services.

By creating an account on, accessing, or using this platform, you are fully accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

pkok1 reserves the right to verify the age of any account. A government-issued ID or other documentation may be requested as proof of age. If age-related information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

Registration Rules

To open an account on pkok1, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any unauthorised access.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the pkok1 support team immediately.

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method will result in those accounts being flagged as duplicates, and the full balance including bonuses may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pkok1 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Sending funds through a third party is prohibited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on pkok1 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, additional verification may cause some delay.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• pkok1 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

pkok1 offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000

Wagering requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• If bonus abuse is detected (for example, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets), the bonus will be cancelled.
• pkok1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games available on pkok1 (slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, and sports betting) are governed by the following rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be considered void and the wager will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, pkok1's server logs will be considered the final record.
• If a disconnection occurs due to a network issue, the outcome of any active wager at that moment will be determined according to server records.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are set in advance and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant wager amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkok1 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Fraud, manipulation, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other automation tools.
• Money laundering or attempting to process funds from illegal sources through the gaming platform.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds or placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs — any such issue must be reported to the support team immediately upon discovery.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other users of the platform.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your pkok1 account at any time by contacting the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

Closure at pkok1's Discretion

pkok1 may unilaterally suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.

In the event of account termination, the eligible balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

pkok1 accepts no liability for the following:

• Games or bets being interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Losses arising from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms.

In no event will pkok1's total liability exceed the actual balance held in the user's account at the time of the relevant dispute.

Changes to Terms

pkok1 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
